In AI 101 and 102, you learned to collaborate with AI in real-time. In AI 103, we move into the future of professional work: Agentic Autonomy. This advanced workshop is designed for leaders and innovators who want to build custom AI systems that run in the background, making decisions and executing complex tasks while you focus on high-level strategy.

The Experience We move beyond the chat box to explore the “connective tissue” of the AI era. You will learn to transition from a user of AI into an architect of AI systems.

• Building Custom GPTs & Knowledge Bases: Learn to create specialized AI agents that “read” your company’s proprietary data—RFPs, brand guidelines, and SOPs—to act as an expert member of your team that never forgets a detail.
• Agentic Workflows with Zapier & n8n: Discover how to build autonomous bridges. We will practice connecting your AI to 5,000+ apps to automate complex loops, such as “Read a new lead from a form, research their company, and draft a personalized proposal automatically.”
• Advanced Multi-Modal Creation: Move beyond text into high-end production. Master the professional application of AI-generated video, complex image editing, and document design to create boardroom-ready presentations in minutes.
• The RFP & Deep Data Engine: Build a custom “response engine” designed specifically to handle complex bid documents and deep-dive data analysis that typically takes a team of researchers weeks to complete.
• AI Governance for Leaders: Learn the strategic side of deploying these tools at scale. We discuss how to set up your company’s “AI Constitution” to ensure security, compliance, and ethical use across your entire organization.

The Result This is a “Build-a-Bot” intensive. You will leave the session having built and deployed a functional Custom GPT or a Zapier-connected workflow that solves a major bottleneck in your professional life.
